Account Deletion | Urban Priority
This page explains how Urban Priority customers and drivers can request account deletion.
1) Delete inside the app where available
• Customers and drivers should use the in-app account deletion option where available.
• Driver accounts may be asked to confirm their password before deletion is processed.
• Deletion may be blocked temporarily while an active delivery, payment issue, investigation or safety matter is still open.
2) Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your account.
• Driver deletion requests: drivers@urbanpriority.co.uk
• Customer/general deletion requests: support@urbanpriority.co.uk
Please include your name, account email, phone number if used on the account, and whether you are a customer or driver.
3) What may be deleted
We will remove or anonymise account access and personal data where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
4) What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required or justified for legal, tax, accounting, VAT, audit, fraud-prevention, safety, compliance, dispute, chargeback, insurance, delivery history or regulatory reasons.
5) Timing
We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
